After upgrading their Nutanix Acropolis Prism Central environment to version 7.5, customers are unable to create a new hosting connection within Citrix Web Studio.

Note: Upgrading from a previous version of Nutanix Acropolis Prism Central to 7.5 will also trigger issues on existing hosting connections

This is caused by a known impact between Nutanix Prism Central and Citrix DaaS. Nutanix has implemented a workaround to the issue on Nutanix Prism 7.5.0.5. Versions later than 7.5.0.5 do not encounter this problem.

• The issue will result in messages about The given header was not found, which has been worked around in the aforementioned version

Customers that experience this issue should upgrade to Nutanix Prism Central 7.5.0.5 or later.

Attempting to create a host connection to Nutanix Acropolis Prism Central 7.5.0.0 - 7.5.0.4 results in an error.
