The event shows that the version in use is older (MSVCP140.dll, version: 14.13.26020.0).
MSVCP140.dll located in C:\Windows\system32 version is 14.13.26020.0.
MSVCP140.dll located in C:\Windows\system32 has not been updated.
1 - Go to the list of Installed Apps

Select Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable from the list
Click on '…' and select Modify

Repair

Check if MSVCP140.dll located in C:\Windows\system32 has been updated.
Perform the same step for both packages x86 and x64.
VDA has been upgraded from an old version or newly deployed.
Users are not able to establish ICA session.
GfxMgr.exe process constantly crashing.
VDA version: 2507
Similar issue can occur on different VDA versions. Microsoft Visual C++ could be different but the same troubleshooting steps apply.
