CVAD - How to add Azure VM created by MCS to new Catalog with Existing-Mode

Description
1. Remove the Azure VMs created using Machine Creation Service (MCS) from Delivery Group.
2. Delete the machines from the Machine Catalog but do not delete the VM and AD Account.
3. Create a new Machine Catalog with "Power management" and "Other technology"
4. Choose the correct hosting and storage, but cannot find the deleted Azure machine in above steps.
Cause
"CitrixResource" : "Internal" tag is used to identify if the resources are created by MCS or not.
VMs with this tag will not be visible when importing. So, customer needs to remove this tag from VMs.
Resolution
Remove the tag of the Azure VMs "CitrixResource" : "Internal".
Issue/Introduction
Sometimes, customers need to migrate their environment and retain dedicated VMs created by MCS.
