Solution
To ensure the client update process completes successfully, try the following workaround:
- Create a New Container:
- Open ELIAS 18 and create a new container specifically for the client updates
- Re-upload Packages:
- Upload all necessary update packages to the new container
- You can download the required packages from myelux.unicon.com
- Run the Update Process:
- With the new container and fresh packages, initiate the update on the client.
Issue/Introduction
In cases where client updates start but do not finish cleanly, resulting in a requirement to shut down the client after the update, additional steps may be needed.
Additional Information
Ensure that all required eLux packages are correctly uploaded and that there are no missing dependencies.
