This issue can arise due to configuration or package inconsistencies after the upgrade of ELIAS 18.

To resolve this, create a new container in ELIAS 18 and upload all the necessary packages again.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Create a New Container in ELIAS 18:
    • Access ELIAS 18 and create a new container.
  2. Upload All Required Packages:
    • Download the required eLux packages from myelux.com.
    • Upload the packages to the newly created container in ELIAS 18.
  3. Proceed with the eLux Upgrade:
    • Once all packages have been uploaded, retry the eLux upgrade process.

Issue/Introduction

If you encounter problems when attempting to upgrade eLux to a newer version after upgrading ELIAS 18, the upgrade process may fail or not complete as expected.

Additional Information

To resolve this, create a new container in ELIAS 18 and upload all the necessary packages again.
