- Generic IBM Graphics 9pin wide (on TKO-DC-5)

Cause

When the server name is set in upper case in  "Universal Print Servers for load balancing" policy, printer is created with upper case name.
When the server is set in "Session Printer" policy, printer is always created with lower case name. ( It's forced to change to lower case even if you set it with upper case in policy )

Therefore, if both "Universal Print Servers for load balancing" policy and "Session Printer" policy are configured and upper case name is set in "Universal Print Servers for load balancing", user will see the duplicated printer.

Resolution

Set the server name in lower case in "Universal Print Servers for load balancing" policy.
