1. What versions of uberAgent support LAS? 

• For machines with Citrix VDA 1912 and above, uberAgent 7.4.2 and later support LAS.
• For all other machines, uberAgent 7.5.1 and later is required for LAS.

2. What is the procedure for uberAgent on VDA to move to LAS?

• uberAgent is automatically licensed when the VDA has a valid license. Customers don't need to do anything in this case.

3. What is the procedure for uberAgent on non VDA machines to move to LAS?

• Customers with valid uberAgent entitlements can download a provisiontoken.blob from Citrix Cloud. This file replaces the traditional uberAgent.lic license file.
• After they've downloaded the token, they need to store it either in the installation directory on Windows, the configuration directory on macOS, or supply it via Central License File Management.
• After storing the token, customers start the service.
• uberAgent then validates the token with the LAS backend and creates an activationtoken.blob when the validation is successful.

4. Are there any other product dependencies that need to be kept in mind?

• Ensure that firewall and/or proxies are not blocking the traffic from the endpoint to Citrix LAS.
• All necessary network targets are listed in the product documentation.
