After upgrading to version 14.1.51.x, VDA sessions may intermittently freeze.
The issue is typically observed for approximately 30 seconds, after which the session resumes automatically. In some cases, users may need to disconnect and reconnect to restore normal session behavior.
In the newnslog output, the counter "udt_dtls_holdq_full" is observed to increase during the issue.
Note: The session freeze is observed only for EDT/UDP-based ICA connections. ICA sessions using TCP transport are not affected.
Starting with version 14.1-51.x, the EDTLossTolerant mode is enabled by default. This behavior can lead to the observed session freezing issue.
Disabling EDTLossTolerant mode resolves the problem.
command to disable the EDTLossTolerant
Command Line:
>>set icaparameter -EDTLossTolerant DISABLED
GUI:
Navigate to System > Settings > Change ICA® Parameters
unselect EDTLossTolerant

**The permanent fix will be available from VDA 2511 and later**
