Cause

Starting with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2503, uberAgent integrates with Citrix Director to enable enhanced monitoring capabilities.
DebugMode has been enabled by default in the integration configuration file.
In this case, DebugMode value from the integration configuration takes precedence.

Resolution

Disable DebugMode in Director Integration configuration file.

Location: C:\ProgramData\Citrix\uberAgent\Integrations\Director
File: uberAgent.conf

Setting:

[Miscellaneous]
DebugMode = true

Issue/Introduction

DebugMode is enabled even if it has been disabled in the uberAgent.conf or not configured (the default value should be false).

The issue occurs on the machines where the VDA 2503 or 2507 is installed.
