Resolution

    • Perform the upgrade following the standard upgrade procedure.

    • After the upgrade, verify whether the Scout Server service starts correctly.

  • Reinstall Scout (if the issue persists or you already use the latest version)

    • Uninstall the current Scout version.

    • Download a fresh installer from myelux.com and run the .exe.
