Prerequisites

  • License Server 11.17.2 build 51000 or later

  • Valid Citrix Cloud account

  • Outbound HTTPS (443) allowed to LAS endpoints

  • Internet connectivity from the License Server

Step-by-Step Registration

1. Open the License Server Console

  • Go to: https://<license-server>:8083

  • Log in to Citrix Licensing Manager.

2. Start LAS Registration

  • Navigate to Dashboard → License Activation Service (LAS).

  • Click Register.

  • Copy the 8-character registration code shown.

3. Register in Citrix Cloud

  • Log into Citrix Cloud.

  • Go to Licensing → Licensed deployment → License Servers → Add License Server.
    (or) Identity & Access Management → API Access → Product Registrations → Register

  • Paste the 8-character code and click Register.

4. Verify Registration

  • Return to the Licensing Manager.

  • Under LAS, the status should now show Registered.

  • Entitlements will automatically sync.
