Users are unable to move or resize windows within certain Published Applications. Instead, any attempt to do so results in the main application window being moved.

The issue does not occur when the applications are used within a published desktop or when using SHIFT+F2 to break seamless. 

The issue is caused by Application Window Handling in the Seamless Engine for some non-standard applications.

Resolved by CVADHELP-27710 which is included in VDA to CVAD 2402 CU3 and above and documented under:
