Description
Administrators see a prompt for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 LTSR CU3 installation media when running VDA 2402 CU3 installer.
Cause
Previous partial installation was causing the OS to prompt for the installation path.
Resolution
Open the registry and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Citrix Virtual Desktop Agent
Copy the path mentioned in the LastKnowndrive registry string key and provide that path in the installation prompt.
This should allow the installation to continue and complete successfully.
Note: The user getting the prompt should have access to the path mentioned in the LastKnownDrive. If the current user does not have the required access to the path, mount the installer ISO and then select the folder in which the ISO is mounted.
