Dragging a published application between monitors may cause the application to disappear from the screen once the mouse button has been released.

Clicking twice on the application's icon in the taskbar may cause the application to reappear on the starting monitor.

This is most likely to occur on the following scenario:

• The user's endpoint is Windows 11 24H2 or above with 2 or more monitors attached.
• The VDA running the published application is either Windows Server 2022, Windows 2025 or Windows 11.
• The published application is the first started in a session, subsequent instances of the same published application may not be affected.

Changes made to Windows 11 24H2 and Windows 2025 exposed a bug in Citrix code when moving windows.

This issue is resolved by Citrix bugfix CVADHELP-27218 which is already included in CVAD 2507 and all subsequent versions. Customers using CVAD 2402 should contact Citrix Technical Support.
