SSL Error 61 occurs when the root certificate's name does not fully match the Common Name (CN) value listed in the Issuer field of the certificate's Details tab. In some cases, the error may persist even after updating the root certificate, requiring an update to the intermediate certificate as well.
The error is caused by a mismatch between the certificate name and the CN value in the Issuer field. Updating both the root and intermediate certificates ensures proper validation and resolves the login issue.
