Citrix Cloud has released a CoPilot integration into the Citrix Cloud Administrator Portal. However, should this feature need to be disabled for any reason, this can be done easily.

Cause

The Citrix CoPilot AI integration's began late October 2025, and will be present at the top of the main Citrix Cloud Administrator page:

Resolution

To disable the Citrix CoPilot AI from the Citrix Cloud Administrator Portal please follow these steps:

  1. Log into Citrix Cloud Administrator Portal
  2. Navigate to the Top-Right of the page, where it lists your Name and CCID, and select the drop-down
  3. Select the Account Settings
  4. Under Account Settings, on the primary landing page, there will be a Citrix CoPilot section, where the toggle can be disabled
