Description
MacOS Ventura onwards, some users were facing issue related to background items.
Workspace Helper is a background item, and it needs some option to be enabled in System Preference.
By default it will be enabled, but if admin or user himself might have disabled it, then Workspace Helper cannot be run.
Resolution
Go to System Preferences -> Login Items
And enable the option for Citrix System and Citrix Workspace
Issue/Introduction
User can screenshare to others using MS Teams inside Citrix but cannot see anything when they accept a request for a screenshare' user Session is Windows 11 and Endpoint is iMac screen that is due some configuration that is required on the OS side.
