MacOS Ventura onwards, some users were facing issue related to background items.
Workspace Helper is a background item, and it needs some option to be enabled in System Preference.
By default it will be enabled, but if admin or user himself might have disabled it, then Workspace Helper cannot be run.
Go to System Preferences -> Login Items
And enable the option for Citrix System and Citrix Workspace
