Description

Customer created a new host connection based on local storage, while trying to MCS new VMs through Citrix Daas, got failed randomly. it threw "Failed to create the virtual machine xxxxxx" exception.

Cause

This issue is related to local storage, checking log of XenServer side, it threw an exception in SCSI.

Resolution

This is an storage issue which caused SCSI operation failed. an workaround is use shared storage instead or fixed the issue from storage side.
