Director - How to change display language of Director web page

Description
Based on the product support language, Director only support the following languages now.

Director display language is same with the language setting of the Browser. It will show "English" if the set is a not support Language.
Take Chrome on Windows OS as an example:
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Click on Languages in the left-side menu.
- In the "Preferred languages" section, click Add languages to add "Your Preferred Language" if it's not already there.
- Select "Your Preferred Language"and click Add.
- Click the three dots next to English and check the box for "Display Google Chrome in this language".
- Click Relaunch to restart the browser with the new language setting.
