Description
Graphic Status Indicator doesn't show in System Tray on Windows 11 24H2 or Windows Server 2025 in a Published Desktop.
There are no problems with Windows 10 22H2, or earlier versions of Windows 11 or Windows Server 2022 and below.
There are no errors in the event logs and no crash dumps are created.
Cause
Internal changes made by Microsoft in Windows Server 2025 and Windows 11 24H2 prevented the Graphical Status Indicator from launching.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in CVAD Current release 2411 and above under: HDX-64139 and also backported to CVAD 2402 CU3 and 2203 CU7 under CVADHELP-27071 available from: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-virtual-apps-and-desktops/
