The session is visible on the User Sessions dashboard in Splunk.

Citrix HDX binaries folder not found.
Create the following registry value and set it to the installation location of the Citrix HDX binaries.
Please note - when a legacy VDA version is in use, the location is C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICAService.
Please check in windows explorer if the location exists before setting the registry key value.
User Sessions dashboard does not show ICA Session Client data like Client IP or Client name. The values were visible when old uberAgent version was in use (7.2).

Starting with uberAgent 7.3, the agent uses the following registry values to automatically determine the installation location of the Citrix HDX binaries that are part of a Citrix deployment. Make sure that at least one of these values points to the correct Citrix HDX binaries folder.

If neither of the values listed above is present - uberAgent CitrixHDXBinFolder registry value is required.
This value takes precedence over those mentioned previously.
