Description
After apply session recording CVE-2024-8068 hotfix follow our KB CTX691941, session on VDA failed to record, and 403 forbidden error is shown on session recording agent
Cause
Customer only apply hotfix on server side, which makes the session recording version not match on server side and agent side, hence agent failed to connect to server side
Resolution
Also apply the hotfix on agent side and restart Session Recording Agent service
