Description
"Filter resources by excluded keywords" means not to enumerate resources marked with the keyword.
"Filter resources by included keywords" to only enumerate apps marked with the keyword.
To achieve this function, two parts of settings are required.
[Citrix Studio]
- Open Citrix Studio Console.
- Select “Applications" in the left "Console Tree".
- Select the "application" you want to hide/enumeration only.
- Right click the "application", choose "Properties".
- In the 'Description and Keywords' section, add a custom keyword. For example: KEYWORDS:Test1 TEST2 test3
- The default syntax is to have one space between two keywords. However, multiple spaces also do not produce any error
- There can be spaces after the colon (:) in the syntax, but not before it.
- Keywords are not case sensitive
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
[Citrix Storefront]
- Open Citrix Storefront Console.
- Select the Store needs to apply this feature.
- Click "Configure Store Settings" in the right "Action Bar".
- Select "Advanced Settings"
- Click the blank cell to the right of "Filter resources by excluded keywords" or "Filter resources by included keywords" field.
- Add the same keyword in the . For example: test.
- The following keywords are reserved and must not be used for filtering: "Auto", "Mandatory".
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
Re-Login to the Storefront web page to check the result.
