CVAD - IME methods always switched in ATOK IME.

Description
Customer installed local IME application ATOK. the default input language is Japan, but in ICA session, it always switched to Citrix IME, customer needs to switch back manually. the issue does not occurs in RDP or Console session.
Cause
It is excepted behavior. Citrix will re-enable the setting upon session connection.
Resolution
Configure following registry on VDA.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CITRIX
Name: ClientDataOption
Type: DWORD
Data: 0x2
