Checklist for ICA Session slowness issues

Networking Layer
1. Is the session slowness observed in a TCP-based ICA connection, or a UDP-based ICA connection, or both?
2. When the slowness is on-going, does Connection Strength Indicator in Workspace App toolbar show a sign of low connection quality, high latency etc.?

Protocol Layer
3. Can the session slowness be when using RDP protocol to establish a connection between the affected VDI and client endpoint 

Application Layer
4. Is the session slowness observed when operating on a classic application, or a UWP application running in the session? 
5. Is the session slowness observed when operating on a specific application, or any applications (like notepad, command prompt) running in the session?
6. Take a screen recording inside the VDI containing the issue reproduce. Is the session slowness observed in the screen recording video?

Issue/Introduction

"ICA Session slowness" refers to a slow interaction between end user's operations and visual responsiveness by Citrix VDI.
