The SessionRecordingSignalRApiService fails to add during installation with the error:
"Server execution failed"

Event Log entry:
"The IIS Admin Service service terminated with the following service-specific error: Invalid Signature."

Microsoft issue, Machinekey starting with “C23” in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys folder is corrupted.

Uninstall and reinstall the "IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility" Role Service, then restart the machine.

Steps:

1. Uninstall the "IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility" Role Service:

   * Open Server Manager
   * Select "Remove Roles and Features"
   * Go to "Server Roles"
   * Expand: Web Server (IIS) > Management Tools > IIS 6 Management Compatibility
   * Uncheck "IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility" and proceed with the removal

2. Uncheck "Require SSL" for SessionRecordingBroker via the IIS console

3. Reboot the host and run the installer to upgrade to 2402 CU2

4. After the upgrade, manually re-enable "Require SSL" for SessionRecordingBroker.
