Problem Description:
Starting with version 2505, Users are experiencing the following issue: Pressing Command + Shift + T (⇧⌘T), brings up the Citrix Viewer toolbar on the endpoint instead of reopening closed tab on the windows machine.

Resolution

After upgrading CWA for Mac from version 2505 to 2508, the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + T (⇧⌘T) will be disabled by default.
Key Details:

  • Users can interact with sessions normally as default behaviour (reopening closed tab), the same as the version before 2505.
  • To restore the Command + Shift + T (⇧⌘T) for bringing up the Citrix Viewer toolbar:
    • Go to the Citrix Viewer menu
    • Enable "Use Toolbar shortcut (⇧⌘T)"
 
This change provides more flexibility while maintaining all functionality.
