In the Debug Viewer, the upgrade process halts after the prerequisite check with the following message:

The upgrade fails because the required prerequisites are missing from the server. Specifically:

* ASP.NET 4.5
* IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility

These components must be present before the Session Recording installation can proceed.

1. Run the attached PowerShell script as an administrator to automatically install the required prerequisites.
2. After the script completes, reboot the server if prompted.
3. Retry the Session Recording installation.
