Description
Under Session Performance tab, some users sessions are shows as "Endpoint via a Cloud Connector to on-premises VDA" and "Endpoint via a Gateway Service and Citrix Cloud Connector to on-premises VDA".
The Launched via shows as NA in the Monitor report
If the connection is going via Citrix Gateway service then the Launched via shows Workspace

Cause
Client endpoint is unable to reach global-s.g.nssvc.net url so the connectivity through Citrix Cloud Gateway is not formed and we attempt to directly connect to VDA via Connector using CWA Lease (Service Continuity)
Resolution
Please ensure that Firewall or Proxy Server allows the global-s.g.nssvc.net url.
