When a user logs in, a Kerberos cache is created. If this cache expires or becomes invalid, the VDA registration process upon reboot will notify a user token failure, which in turn causes the DDC to log off the session.
This issue didn't happen in LVDA 1912 but had issues in LVDA 2402 cu1
We provide a switch to turn off this behavior on the future release CVAD 2402cu3 .
To use the behavior of 1912 ,run command
"/opt/Citrix/VDA/bin/ctxreg create -k "HKLM\Software\Citrix\VirtualDesktopAgent" -t "REG_DWORD" -v "CxfIgnoreDeRegisterEvents" -d "0x00000001" --force "
Then restart ctxjproxy (and ctxvda)service to take effect.
Session may logoff if the Kerberos ticket validation failed
