Description
- Citrix Analytics will show many Not Categorized items
- Citrix Cloud Monitor will show RTT as N/A
Resolution
These left over .MOF and .CS items will need to be manually removed on the Master Image/VDA Machine and the VDA software reinstalled
Problem Cause
The issue is being caused due to left over .CS and .MOF files in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wbem\Framework\root\Citrix\EUEM on an uninstall/reinstall operation of the Citrix VDA Software
