Description
Windows 10 VDAs with a vGPU profile of 2GB video memory freeze and disconnect frequently when connected via endpoints with multiple 4K monitors.
Resolution
Team is increasing vGPU profiles to 4GB where needed to support monitor layout.
Problem Cause
The 2GB vGPU profile couldn't support monitor layout of 3+ 4K monitors, and was running out of video RAM, causing session to hang and disconnect when no graphics adapters were available.
