How to fix it:

1. Navigate to the following folder:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\LS\Resource\Cache
   
   
2. Delete all files and folders inside the Cache folder.
   
   
3. Open the Run dialog (Windows + R), type: services.mscand press Enter.
   
   
4. Locate the Citrix Licensing service.
   
   
5. Right-click the service and select Restart.
   
   
6. Restart the broker services on all the delivery controllers.

This will clear the licensing service cache and restart the Citrix Licensing service. Ensure you have the necessary administrative privileges before performing these steps.

Note:

1. The broker service automatically updates license information once a day, or you can manually restart it for immediate effect.
2. You can find the steps in the document to update an existing license file.
