Description
Error "Failed to authenticate Citrix Gateway credentials" raises if non 443 port is used in the FQDN of Citrix Gateway URL
Resolution
The solution is to configure port 443 for Vserver of Citrix gateway and use 443 in the Probe Agent.
Problem Cause
Currently Probe Agent(latest release is 2311) supports 443 port only to communicate with Gateway server.
