Resolution

Issue resolved after upgrading ADC to required version
  • 13.0.52.24 or later
  • 12.1.56.22 or later

Problem Cause

Citrix ADC version does not meet the requirement of Enlightened Data Transport (EDT)

Citrix Gateway (ADC)
