Several PVS target devices can not be registered

Description
One or several PVS targets can not be registered even after rebooting while other targets are registered with DDC successfully.
Resolution
- Shutdown the unregistered target.
- Select the unregistered PVS target in collection.
- Right click mouse and select "Reset Machine Account Password".
- Boot the target and the target will be registered with DDC successfully.
Problem Cause
There is something wrong with AD accounts.
