MCS pool random VDA does not sync time with AD when Master Image in NOT Domain joined

Description
- MCS Master image is not a Domain-joined machine
- Publish pool random VDA with MCS, the auto domain joined VDA does not sync time with AD, when we use command w32tm /query /status to check time sync.
Resolution
- This is the expected behavior
Problem Cause
- NOT domain joined machine will have the time synchronization set to NTP ,but Domain joined machine is use NT5DS to do time sync
- Because master VDA had NTP value set, all clones will use NTP, machine's W32time registry will not be updated to NT5DS
- The mentioned registry is HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters\Type
