Description

If you have more than one store account, you can configure Citrix Workspace app for Windows to automatically connect to all accounts when establishing a session and keep them both logged in, configure the following registry keys on user's endpoint:

For 32-bit systems:

Key path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Citrix\Dazzle

KeyName: CurrentAccount

Value: AllAccount

Type: REG_SZ

For 64-bit systems:

Key path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Wow6432Node\\Citrix
Dazzle

KeyName: CurrentAccount

Value: AllAccount

Type: REG_SZ

Environment

Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.

Resolution

Workspace App for Windows 2103 command line install defaults to AllAccounts which resolved the issue - Citrix code has also been modified for future releases so that HKLM CurrentAccount key takes precedence over HKCU.

Problem Cause

HKCU value of CurrentAccount taking precedence, hence HKLM value not being honored resulting in one account being selected as the current account vs all accounts.

Issue/Introduction

Citrix Workspace App for Windows when two or more stores are configured, only keeps signed one store.
