Description
- Citrix Application Probe Agent 2001/2006 logs Application launch failure.
- The StoreFront Reachability, StoreFront Authentication, StoreFront Enumeration, ICA file Download are success.
- The Application launch failure is logged every time the probe agent tuns.
- The users do not face any issues with application launch, just the Application Probe Agent logs the failure.
Resolution
- Specify the user name In NetBIOS Format in “Configuring workspace Credentials” on the below screen.
- Specify NetBIOS domain name in "Configure to Display Probe Result”
- If Trusted Domains are configured for the Store then Specify NetBIOS domain name in "Configured Trusted Domains" option in StoreFront.
Problem Cause
As per current design, Domain's NetBIOS name has to be specified in Probe Agent settings as well as in Trusted Domains in StoreFront
