Description
Edge browser bookmarks are not retained in user profile
Resolution
Modify the Citrix Profile Management policy with below settings
- Remove directory "AppData\local\packages" from the exclusions
- Add "AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\User\Default" to the list of Directories to Synchronize
- Add "AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Bookmarks" to Files to synchronize
Problem Cause
Directory "AppData\local\packages" was added to Citrix UPM exclusions list and the rest mentioned files /directories were not getting synced to profile path
