Windows 10 Start menu broken.
Restart/shutdown button broken.. doesn't appear on start menu. Version Windows 10 1607

Resolution
Disabled the local group policy.
Remove and prevent access to the shut down, restart, sleep and hibernate commands on the VDA. And this resolved the issue.
Issue/Introduction
In the published win 10 machine, the options to shut down or reboot is not present.
