The peak number of sessions become zero on the Sessions tab on Citrix Director.

Resolution

Delete old data from the MonitorData.Session table and create the following registry value.

Key: HKLM\Software\Citrix\XDservices\Monitor
Value Name: SdkSqlQueryTimeoutSecs
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 120
 

Problem Cause

Monitor data in the MonitorData.Session tables were not groomed due to timeout.
