Block Screen capture option is not available in SecureMail MDX policies for IOS and Android devices.

Answer:​

• Block screen capture option is not available on both iOS and Android. Any option which is not available under MDX policies is by default On. Hence the Screen capture/snapshots will be allowed for iOS and Android. • As a work around we can push a restriction policy with the Screenshot OFF as per the document:https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/xenmobile/server/policies/restrictions-policy. Please note that this policy is applied on the entire device hence the users will not be able to take screenshot on entire device (anywhere like settings, other apps, etc) however the mdx policies are limited to the applications itself.
