1.XenDesktop Installation Log

Path:
C:\Users\<Install User>\AppData\Local\Temp\Citrix\XenDesktop Installer

- All files in folder "MSI Log Files"
- XenDesktop Installation.log

2.setupapi.app.log And setupapi.dev.log
Path:%SystemRoot%\inf

3.Event Log(csv Format)
 

Please note that in case if you installed product using SYSTEM account - you can find the logs in this location: C:\Windows\SystemTemp\Citrix\XenDesktop Installer\
