ERROR: Citrix broker server fail to validate a user credential on a XML services

Exception 'A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out.)' of type 'System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException'.

Resolution

Move to secondary mirror cluster. DBA's restored connection to primary mirror cluster, confirmed by restoring primary cluster as active mirror.

Problem Cause

Unable to establish ODBC connection with primary active mirror cluster.
