URL Redirection Doesn't Work With MS Office

Description
You have configured Local Application Access and URL redirection feature in your environment however when you click on the URL mentioned in URL Black list - it is not redirected.
Ideally it should open with a web browser on the end point however it opens within your desktop session. This problem can be faced with every browser and is not limited to any single browser.
Resolution
To fix this re-register our add-on VDAredirector.exe on the VDA. Register Add-ons on hosted desktops using the following commands:
Internet Explorer<VDA_Installation_Folder>\VDARedirector.exe /regIE
Firefox
<VDA_Installation_Folder>\VDARedirector.exe /regFF
Chrome
<VDA_Installation_Folder>\VDARedirector.exe /regChrome
All browsers
<VDA_Installation_Folder>\VDARedirector.exe /regAll
Problem Cause
Sometimes there are chances of the default browser open information getting corrupted or missing from the registry.
Issue/Introduction
In XenApp and XenDesktop, hosted desktop sessions use URL redirection to launch Local App Access applications. URL redirection makes the application available under more than one URL address. It launches a local browser (based on the browser's URL blacklist) by selecting embedded links within a browser in a desktop session.
