Step by step, How to Download and Install Citrix License Files after renewal:

Download & install licenses using one of the following options: 

1. If license server is configured, using the licensing manager: 

• Click here to download and install updated files using Citrix Licensing Manager.

2. Using the MyAccount portal:

a. Login to Citrix account .

b. Select Manage Licenses.

c. Select the licenses you want to download and choose the download option.

d. Click the relevant product below for assistance with updating licenses on the product or License Server.

Notes:

• Citrix always recommends downloading all licenses in one file after a renewal and/or purchase of additional licenses. Installing only one license file helps to avoid conflicts and corruption caused by multiple files or old license files.

• Citrix strongly recommend that you update the license server to the latest build. The software can be downloaded from Citrix Downloads .
