"Something went wrong [1001]" is caused by user profile management issues.
Add following items to " Exclusion list - directories " and "Exclusion list - files " . If customer enable profile container , set the related exclusion policy for container.

Customer using O365 in VDI and login failed issue happened randomly. Reset user profile could fix it.
