Description
End user launch MS teams web in Chrome, but failed connect to audio and video, which caused issue in teams meeting.
Cause
There are two factors of this issue: one is Windows Media Redirection policy, it should be enabled. the other is the version of Chrome, it is too old in customer's lab and out of support.
Resolution
Configure policy to enable "Windows Media Redirection", and upgrade Chrome to the latest version.
