When capturing a screenshot (bitmap) on the client machine and attempting to paste it to a Microsoft Office application (like PowerPoint) running in the ICA session, the 'Paste' option is available in the mouse right-click menu. However, the bitmap isn't pasted to the office application after clicking the 'Paste' option.
When doing the bitmap 'paste' action in ICA session, the VDA requested the bitmap data from client clipboard. However, wfica32.exe was unable to get the bitmap data from the client-side Windows clipboard with error message 'bad address'.
A few 3rd-party security applications running in the client machine interfere with wfica32.exe accessing Windows clipboard data.
The issue is addressed after removing those security applications from the affected client machine.
